We’re an innovation
consultancy for organizations
that need to change
and don’t know how.

You’re in the right place.

You are probably here because someone you trust sent you our way.

You’ve got a complex problem you don’t know how to solve. You may be overwhelmed figuring out where to  start! Whether you’re stunned by the possibilities or intimidated by change, you’re static.

COMPLEX PROBLEM:

Crossroads of opportunity and uncertainty

Shifts in strategic direction, conditions, or leadership

Sudden success or unexpected failure

Good news: We’ve got you.

It’s our business to get you unstuck — outfitting you with clarity, confidence, and calm as we move forward together.

LOOKING FOR THESE?

Design thinking, innovation, transformation, co-design, participatory design, service design, organizational design, community design, design research and insights, customer experience,  change management — our work goes by a lot of different names.

No matter which buzzword you prefer, we're here to get you through it.

Our fearless and empathetic process for innovation sets us apart.

RIGOROUS APPROACH

We use design thinking to transform ambiguity and blue-sky ideas into validated strategies, solutions, and roadmaps for change. We set innovation in motion.

STAKEHOLDER INCLUSION

We practice progress with people (aka participatory design). Deepening belonging and navigating relationships between stakeholders is our thing, informed by our expertise in community design.

MAGIC

We don’t have all the answers and we like it like that. Our willingness to chart the unknown along with our rigor, community mindsets, creativity, and curiosity results in a magical combination of surprise and substance.

Now, The Fun Part

Our clients hire us to imagine new futures, address the unknown, and identify new opportunities for their organization, customers, or community. Then, we design the strategies, roadmaps, programs, and/or products to implement and sustain the transformation.

We’re a quality over quantity shop, taking on a limited number of projects with fees ranging from $50,000 - $500,000. This allows us to do our best work on behalf of our clients and their stakeholders. Outside of our projects, we offer a few one-off workshops to shake it up!

WHAT THEY SAY

  • “Sharehold did a fantastic job framing, building, and operationalising a new research stream that eventually our team was able to take over for the long-term. We loved working with [them] because… we felt confident they would design and lead an impactful experience that our company would be proud of.”

  • “We loved working with Sharehold because we didn't know where to start, and they helped us craft a vision and purpose for [how this work] fits into our organization's mission and values. They asked lots of probing questions that were so insightful and were great at navigating tensions in our team to help us get aligned on the path forward.”

  • “[Sharehold was] imaginative and ultimately captured the very essence of our institution as it is and as it could be.”
